Together in Chaos is a heart-centred, peer-led community based in the Illawarra, NSW
For parents and carers of neurodivergent individuals and people living with disability.
We support parents and carers of kids "school can't", youth and adults in group community environments to limit isolation.
Everyone is welcome in our spaces—even if your loved one does not have a diagnosis.
We understand the journey because we have lived experience.
We create safe spaces to breathe, unwind, and feel truly understood by others who get it and understand your journey.
Our community hosts coffee and dinner catch-ups, movie outings, expressive art and clay groups, nervous system support/ breath work and meditation, day and overnight retreats—giving parents and carers time to rest, reset, and feel supported while forming friendships.
For outings and workshops, we organise the events and share booking links. Tickets are booked and paid directly through the venue or facilitator. Together in Chaos does not profit from any workshops or events.
We are working to secure government funding to reduce financial barriers, make it easier for parents and carers to attend, and ensure our support can continue for the families who need it most.
